I'm more than happy to make the individual sound files available to anyone who feels they would like to demonstrate the sound they can get from their DAW. It may be that I would obtain different results if I had access to a larger base of respondents and used a more varied selection of source material.Įqually, you might argue that you could get similar results to the ones I obtained from Harrison MB using LPX. This does not mean the 32-C is 'better', or will be consistently preferred when mixing all types of programme. Thus far, people have largely preferred the files created using the Harrison MixBus 32-C.

Not sure how the channel-strip holds up against new releases of channel-strips. I think the power of Mixbus lies in the workflow. I forgot, the pan control WORKS into Space, amazing feeling. From Filter section to dynamic section torus section to master section. Only using the entire path of Mixbus you can hear the differences. I remastered my last soundtrack and for make this I put the stereo mix into one channel for use the Filter section, routed into a mixbus for use the tape saturation drive, routed into masterbus section. I love Mixbus32c, It is the thing that comes closest to the sound of a console, but only if you MIX with this.
